Contents to feed 12 rowers.
- 4 gallons of water
- 1 dozen assorted bagels and 1 dozen croissants or muffins
- 2 plastic containers of cream cheese (plain or flavored)
- Fruit (bananas,apples,grapes,strawberries,pineapple,melon)
- 1 loaf of bread or sandwich rolls
- Deli meats, sliced cheese (to make sandwiches), or pre-made sandwiches, subs, wraps. (please label pre-made)
- Optional: washed lettuce,tomato,pickles
- Cut up vegetables with small dip or salad dressing.
- Flavored smoothies, yogurt cups, jello and/or pudding cups
- Cheese sticks, cubes or wedges.
- Bag of Trail mix, peanuts and/or dried fruit
- Healthy chips and salsa
Other healthy suggestions:
- Hummas, edamame, pasta salad, green salad, egg or potato salad
- Feel free to bring any other healthy item not mentioned above . The rowers do like variety and welcome new items!
Hospitality provides plates, napkins, eating utensils, cups, hot water, Gatorade,condimednts for sandwiches.
Please put your name on your cooler and bring it to the orange and black striped tent with your rower in the morning. Be prepared to stay and help set up and maintain throughout the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING. COACHES AND ROWERS REALLY APPRECIATE THIS.
